Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Dandelion! Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (U.S. only)

We currently ship only within the United States using UPS as our main carrier. Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and delivery speed:

• Economy Shipping (5–8 business days)

• Orders from 0 to 5 lb: $8.50

• Orders from 5 to 70 lb: $12.00

• Orders over $80: Free shipping

• Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $40.00

Please note: Shipping costs will be added at checkout. All options include tracking.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We do our best to pack your order safely. However, once the package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused by the shipping carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@dandelionfam.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can help you evaluate the situation.

In warmer months, especially summer, we recommend being available at the time of delivery if you ordered a candle, as heat may affect the product.
