Return & Refund Policy

At Dandelion, each item is chosen, crafted, or finished with intention and care. We want you to feel at peace with what you bring into your home and life.

That said, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@dandelionfam.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Shipping Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon reception. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@dandelionfam.com so we can evaluate the situation and offer a solution.

Please note: once the package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping carrier. If the item is delicate—like our candles—we highly recommend tracking your shipment closely, especially during hot weather months, as some melting may occur in high temperatures. Our packaging is made with care, but we cannot control external conditions during transit.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Due to the handmade and intimate nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

Custom or personalized items

Used candles or candles that have been lit

Items marked as final sale

Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
